Employee Recognition Programs
Recognizing drive and achievement is an important part of Sapphire Canada culture. Throughout the year, Sapphire employees are recognized and rewarded with Outstanding Performance Awards, Years-of-Service Awards, and the Superheroes Program. A select number of sales performers and an outstanding achiever from our shared services group across all Sapphire Canada branches and business units are given the opportunity to participate in the President's Club, a special group trip to a different tropical destination each year.
Employee Referral Program
No one is in a better position to identify a high quality potential hire than those who are already successful members of our team. As an added incentive, past and present Sapphire Canada employees can earn up to $1,000 for each successful employee referral.
Charitable Activities
Caring for people and giving back some of our good fortune to the surrounding community is an essential part of the Sapphire vision. Employees in all branches are encouraged to actively participate in volunteering and/or fundraising activities.
Social Events
Thursday is Treat Day at Sapphire Canada across Canada! This is a special time for departments and teams to get together for snacks and camaraderie.
