We’re still Canada’s leader in IT staffing services. But now we share a single brand with our sister company in the United States and around the globe.

Why are we changing our name?

For one reason: to make it easier for people to understand our global IT staffing capabilities.

But isn’t CNC Global already a sister company to Sapphire?
Yes, we’ve been a part of the same global network of IT staffing companies ever since we were acquired by Vedior North America last year.  By changing our name, this connection will be more obvious. And it will be easier to take advantage of our services.  

When does this change take place?
Over the next few months, the name Sapphire Canada will appear on our web site as part of a co-branding effort.  By January 2008, the name Sapphire will displace CNC Global altogether.

What will change?
We’ll change things like our logo, our business cards and the ease with which you can access our global capabilities. What won’t change is our business strategy.  We will continue to operate independently to serve the Canadian market with the same qualified people and the same award-winning solutions.

Will this affect our working relationship?
No.  You will continue to have the same Account Manager and will continue to engage the same highly qualified recruiters and other support personnel to work on your account.

Is there anything else that I can look forward to?
With our new name, it will be easier for you to understand and take advantage of our global delivery network. However, at a local level, we will continue to provide the same customized, quality service you’ve come to expect from us, regardless of the scope of your requirements.

Will this affect the legal or financial side of our relationship?
Again, the answer is no. This is a name change, not a formal integration, or merger.

As a consultant, does this affect the way I’ll be paid?
No. You’ll continue to submit your timesheets and payments will be processed in the same way as they always have, with the same schedules and deadlines. The only change you’ll notice over time is a new logo.
